I thought your OC was bald.

nah, all my self-depictions have gone full "just how i look irl except physically attractive and with black robes/a big fucking scythe"

mainly because it's kind of hard to write stories around something that looks and acts like Tabuu

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?" (Chapter 46 / 50)

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?" (Chapter 46 / 50)

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?" (Chapter 46 / 50)

Oh. My. God.

May 2007
Pokemon DP joins MarioWiki.

June 2008
Tabuuownsall132 joins the Wiki.

Late 2008
DP changes their name to Black Hole Sun as a tribute to the song of the same name by Soundgarden.
As BHS, DP gains a reputation of infamy due to depression.

Late 2009
Tabuu changes their name to Paint It Black as a tribute to the song of the same name by The Rolling Stones.
As Paint It Black, Tabuu gains a reputation of infamy due to depression.

Coincidence? I think not.

You may notice that me and Dippy have a startling resemblance to the creatures seen in Eiffel 65's "I'm Blue" music video.

Dippy and Tabuu in their youth.

For the first few years of my membership, everything I did was a strange emulation of Dippy's, acting usually up to a year late.

This must mean that I'm Dippy's ectobiological lost brother sent back in time and to America to live out a wholly different life that ultimately led us both to the same internet world of MarioWiki.

Open your eyes, America.

The truth has been #exposed.

Now listen here people. Yes, most of your worldly possessions have been destroyed. Yes, your means of supporting yourself just burned to the ground. Yes, you have watched many of your friends get brutally murdered over the years by one guy. Yes, that guy also wants to kill you. And yes, he will probably kill all the rest of your friends too. But does that mean you should give up all hope of victory against this invincible and merciless embodiment of fire and death itself? Yes.

No wait, I mean no.

Yes, no.

The end.

(P.S. you can buy my book, "A Minion's Guide to Motivational Speechifying" at the table at the back of the auditorium next to the coffee.)

Thanks for coming!

Nah, just using raw energy to compensate for the blood loss and bodily damage.

That's how Bowser always survives everything - his body siphons off years of life force to replace the biological energy no longer being created by his broken body - until a spell or potion reverses the damage using external magic. It's similar to how Starlow redirected part of her life force earlier to heal Mario, only she was actively facilitating it, whereas when it happens in Dragon-Koopas, it's a natural and automatic process, like the flight or fight response of the sympathetic nervous system. And exactly how much trauma can be counteracted varies between individuals, just as different individuals can handle more or less stress and last shorter or longer stretches before burning out. Bowser's a pretty powerful Dragon-Koopa, and there's no way I am OP enough to sustain as much damage, or even last nearly as long as him - burnout's on it's way, it's just a question or whether it happens first or if the blood loss itself will simply become insurmountable before that point.

Do we not have it as a rent? We were a library.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?" (Chapter 46 / 50)

Well, your means of supporting yourself got burned down too, on account of the fact that we worked in the same library, and simply telling people to borrow the book from the burned-down library will not earn you any income, nor will it allow them to read the book. Therefore, commerce is the only option.

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?" (Chapter 46 / 50)

To be honest, I half-expected your reply to be something like: "No, I only kept books that are worth reading".

I was wrong. I guess underneath all the grump and malevolence lies a loving, caring soul. So adorable. ^__^

Re: "I heard you have a dragon problem?" (Chapter 46 / 50)

Well, it's doing people a service to stock crappy books too - that way, they don't need to waste their money buying them to realize they're bad.
