Blooper was the weirdest playable character in Mario Party. It just feels so wrong.

Yes, they will be but I'd like if people actually nominated already nominated character so that I can tell which ones people want voted on the most. As it stands, I plan to add characters to the list once they get to 5 Nominations though I might have to lower it to 3 or 4.

Koopas are better off as NPCs. I accidentally voted for Hammer Bro as a playable character, but I'd rather see him as an NPC too.

To be honest, I don't think Shy Guy is deserving enough. A bit generic and stuff. I don't really like generic characters (Ahem Koopa Toad Wiggler) and that too much, unless they have a differing feature (Toadette, MK Lakitu).
