Dedede is already perfect.

I think people are missing the point. It's only been out for like a week or so. To be honest, this seems to be a list that one person made from his preference, so I don't know how credible this should be taken until we start seeing what other tiers are like.
 
Personal preference, older tiers, what we've seen in gameplay videos and popular opinions on tiers are what really make up this list.
 
I was skeptical about this list anyway, as it doesn't look like Yoshi's been improved enough to go from lower mid to top tier and they probably just wanted Yoshi out of the lower tiers.
 
Sheik is pretty good in this game, that's all I can really say from what I've seen. A lot of people say 'this character feels really good, I reckon they will be higher on the tier list.' but when someone says that for almost every character the value behind it becomes meaningless.

Meta hasn't developed at all so at this point anybody can be a viable choice. Go with your gut.
