Thing is, you can tell the corners of his mouth went on an inward loop in there instead of a straight parabolic-type curve....

I don't know about anyone else, but whether it's in-game or artwork, I always see Geno's middle "hair" as his nose and his actual nose as a prominent lower lip, with his actual mouth being entirely a giant marionette chin.
