So I just found out that the Nintendo DS version of the Despicable Me game is just a rip-off of the Mini Mario Mario Vs. Donkey Kong games. Amazing.

They made the main character run as he moves around, as opposed to pacing slowly like the mini toys in MvDK, and the game still looks boring as shit.

But it just looks so sad if you look at the surrounding context. The toy doesn't seel bootleggy, just looks like it was manufacturered back in the mid 90s to early 2000s.
