If you took the picture on your 3DS, go into one of your emails and make a draft message with it as an attachment, access it from a laptop and then saved it to your laptop. From there, you can upload and share it easily.

He's been acting pretty rude since he showed up, I'm just like "ok" and ignore him. Nothing much I can do, just wait for someone (or myself if it gets way too out of hand) to tell him something.

You seem like a really nice guy, but work on your language and you'll be alright.
 
I know, I know, it took forever, but iOS8 is being a total ass and imgur sometimes just stops working.
 
Oh. Also I hate to be nitpicky but the inside of the clown car is still green, along with a small portion on the tip of the propellor
