Thanksgiving (aka an American thing)

I have to bump this as Thanksgiving is on Thursday November 26. So what better way for me to celebrate is to watch the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Rickroll the United States and eat two to three days worth of food (Especially the turkey!). Which apparently has been the norm for my Thanksgiving my whole life.

In Canada we had it about a month ago. Happy American Thanksgiving then.

And it's on the 2nd Monday of October. The same day as Columbus Day in the states, coincidentally.

None that I know of. We have a Santa Claus Parade in mid/late Nov which is sorta equivalent; it's in Toronto, but I think other places in Canada watch it too (or maybe they have their own parades, or nothing, idk).

They usually have a parade the day after Thanksgiving in Seattle if that counts.

I want to try out eels and stuff to celebrate a more genuine Thanksgiving. I don't know if stores even sell that stuff.

Eels shouldn't be that bad. They're even a delicacy in parts of East Asia...
