Mario Kart 9 Character Ideas

Oh, I thought it was an exchange.

Well, it won't work unless the Booster Seat doesn't break while we drive it.
 
it's not like we can reach the gas pedals either
 
King Boo can drive, I'm sure you stubby little munchkins can drive too.

The same way Boo can ski, snowboard, drive cars, skate, kick, roll wheels and balls he's "standing on", and be affected by gravity and the floor he's "standing on".
 
My guess is that characters aren't really driving. They're driving on self-driving karts. Hell, they're not even actually turning the steering wheel, just look closely.

Well, the characters aren't even touching the horn. They just kind of do this huddling.

The kart, on the other hand, is just programmed to not honk during those times.
 
All the more reason to make Goomba a driver.

You're not actually controlling your character, you're controlling the kart. The character is just along for the ride.
