Long answer that nobody cares about: Depends on the laws of the country that hosts the site (I'm not sure but I'm gonna guess this is hosted in the USA). In USA there's a requirement to follow COPPA if you are collecting information from people under 13, which you can read here if you're interested but it basically states that if you're under 13, your parents need to sign a thing saying, 'Yes I will let my child do stuff on this website.'
But yeah, it's really easy to lie about your age when registering and nobody here gaf about your personal details so I wouldn't worry too much about it. You're registered, so that's all you really need to start posting here.

Oh, I thought he was thirteen, hence why he asked if you had to be thirteen or older, got a bit confused there. I vaguely recall a user being seven in the past, though I could be mistaken.
