I've already said N64 Rainbow Road is my favorite and it still is. But I'd thought I'd list my favorite of each Cup to at least Expand upon what tracks I like.

Mushroom: Thwomp Ruins
Flower: Toad Harbor (The downhill slope near the end of the track reminds me of City Escape from SA2)
Star: Electrodome
Special: Cloudtop Cruise

Shell: N64 Toad's Turnpike
Banana: N64 Royal Raceway
Leaf: N64 Yoshi Valley (Have you figured that I love Mario Kart 64 yet?)
Lightning: N64 Rainbow Road (Favorite overall course)

Egg: Mute City
Triforce: Hyrule Circuit
Crossing: Baby Park (So simple in design and so much chaos potential but I really love it in MK8 for some reason)
Bell: Big Blue
