I will give Choco Island 1 a 2. The track is relatively easy, but it is the most boring track in the history of Mario Kart. Even Choco Island 2 is 10 times better than this. The music is pretty cool to listen to. Both Choco Island tracks will eventually be crushed by Choco Mountain eventually.
