Day 103: Bowser's Castle from Mario Kart DS

I will give Bowser's Castle a 6. While it is sort of forgettable, it has some cool features to it. One that is very unique that no other track has is the rolling metal log near the end. Nice looking track, but not a lot of memories about it. DS Bowser's Castle was pretty boring compared to some other ones excluding the SNES & GBA versions.

8/10 The rolling metal log was my favourite part of the course. And I remembered the mission where I drive on it in reverse.

I liked this track because of the rolling roads which requires concentration and the rotating track that can lead to a shortcut. It's rewarding if I managed to knock someone off the rolling road or stun them during the boost pads before the grills, because it puts them behind.

Easily my favourite Bowser's Castle out of them all (maybe the Double Dash one is worth mentioning though).

I generally don't like Bowser's Castle tracks tho.

I will give Rainbow Road a 6. Not a big fan of this Rainbow Road, it's mostly the least popular one. It does have antigravity sections (yes, it was here before MK8) but that's it. Love the design of this though.

Still difficult as a track, but those corkscrews are fun to use with the Fake Item Boxes or Lightning to hinder any CPUs.

Is it funny or sad that Mario Kart 8 has no loop-de-loops yet Mario Kart DS does?

I don't know if it counts as something, but Water Park has a loop-de-loop, though not in a traditional sense.
