I still think this one's a classic, and I'm glad they finally decided to bring back Rainbow Roads when this game came along (not counting the same course's return in Super Circuit, which featured an earlier version of retro tracks).

I will give Toad Circuit a 3. Just a plain old starter track, nothing special. The only good starter tracks were Mario Circuit 1 (because it's the first track ever) and Mario Kart Stadium (because... we'll get there eventually). It's mostly a circuit version of Toad's Turnpike from N64, but mirrored, and no cars... and a different second half layout. See, this is mostly boring.

Honestly one of my favorite starter courses, behind #1 which is Mario Kart Stadium. It is a good course, the music is good, way better than other starter courses. I have to give it a 7.

I will give Daisy Hills a 6. Nice relaxing setting with a couple neat turns. Gliding section is amazing with balloons as you head into town. This track could work with antigravity if it was on MK8.

I will give Cheep Cheep Lagoon a 5. It was mostly a test track for the use of underwater driving. About 1/2 of this track is underwater.

Horrible track comparable to Dolphin Shoals's overall horribleness. Except this one's worse.

I will give Shy Guy Bazaar a 4. Nothing much special here, just a regular track with an India feel to it. I do like the Shy Guys on carpets near the end of the track.

10/10 I love the Shy Guy's in the course and since he is my favorite character and this track is based off of him, I'm so happy!

I will give Wuhu Loop a 6. Quite a historic track because it was the first track to be divided into sections and is only 1 lap long. This track and it's partner, Maka Wuhu, take place on Wuhu Island from Wii Sports Resort. The track here is a simple loop around the whole island. Does the track look familar? Because it should. If you have Wii Fit, you may have noticed that this is the exact same track as the running Island Loop track there. Maka Wuhu is better than Wuhu Loop, but we'll get to that and the better 3 sectioned track another day ;) .
