I would have said Wario, but he's the mascot of Mario Party, so that doesn't make him generic.

Fawful, Antasma, the Shroobs, Peach, Rosalina, Mario, Luigi, Mr. L, and Cackletta are also cuter than Yoshi.

Yoshi is cuter than Birdo, Daisy and Dreamy Bowser's snack in my sig however.

I admit Toad does have hilarious screams

My favorite Toad scream was in Mario Party 5
 
I also love it when Baby Luigi uses Toad in the platformers or Mario Party games and Toad ends up dying.
