It definitely changed things up. A couple of those changes I actually liked. Like the semi non-linear nature to which you could progress.


And I still don't see how P&D doesn't count as an rpg.

That's because of close-minded people who think that a "cazual-panderin' godforsaken puzzle game that's not Maerio&Lugi/Paepr Maerio" doesn't count as an RPG.

Which is funny because from what I've seen of it. I'd argue it has more depth than pretty much any other Mario rpg before it.

Nah but it's bundled with the normal P&D game.

Its bundled with P&D Z and unlike its phone counterpart there will be no micro transactions.

Out of the ones i've played

1. Bowser's Inside Story
2. Super Paper Mario
3. Dream Team
4. Paper Mario
5. Sticker Star

It wasn't that easy to actually pick the top four because I did really enjoy those games. Sticker Star at five was a no brainier.

I think P&D won't be worse than Sticker Star, I don't expect it to be great though. Even then I don't consider Sticker Star to be a terrible, just at the low-end of average. (although what I hate most is how it goes against what made the past 3 games stand out)

the other two i havent played because after hearing the reviews and watching an lp i really didn't care to spend money on sticker star

and then i gave my 3ds away so buying dream team at that point was out of the question

I've noticed that people either LOVE SPM or HATE it. There is no middle ground.

I've never been very good at these kinds of lists, but I'll give this a shot anyway.

*The reason Partners in Time is ranked below the others is because I have not played the game in nine years, due to me losing the copy that I had (and have had no luck in finding another). As such, I haven't had the chance to fully experience it as I have with the others. As for Sticker Star, need I say anymore on that one?
