Most fun boss

For me, probably either the Spider Guardian or Quadraxis from Metroid Prime 2.
 
I always found the boss fight against Macho Grubba to be fun for some reason.
 
I like fighting the Wario World bosses, but the funnest boss battle would be SMB bowser.

Heavy Metal Mecha Bowser, maybe... the big Snufit robot BALL was fun too. Sonic's last boss in Sonic Adventure(Egg Viper?) was pretty fun... The last boss against Shadow in Sonic Adventure 2 was kinda cool(I can't remember if the one against Sonic or Shadow was better imo)... The Mutant Baby Bowser fight in Yoshi's Island was pretty cool.

SMS bosses were fun, Mecha Bowser was cool.

Nah, Nintendo would get sued for implying child abuse.

They weren't sued for the Koopalings or Jr, were they? Plus, it's not child abuse if done to save the world from Baby Daisy's evil grasp.

Yeah, but they're turtles. :P

Also, Aragog from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for the GBC was really fun. It was the most difficult boss in the game, but it was a fun battle.
