I remember seeing Legend of the Dragon on early morning tv sometimes, if I woke up early.winstein said:In terms of obscure cartoons that come to mind, there are Legend of the Dragon and Argai: The Prophecy. The former I guess I won't talk about because I heard is supposed to be a terrible show, but I did watch through the first season.

More info (pretty sure at least some of it's on YouTube too):winstein said:In terms of obscure cartoons that come to mind, there are Legend of the Dragon and Argai: The Prophecy. For the latter, I am not sure what, but I think I have a certain interest to it even though I never watch it again after the initial run, especially because I got to see the final episode. I guess it has to do with some things I don't get from the first viewing.
Glowsquid said:Argai: La prophétie
Turn of the millenium French cartoon about an Arthurian Knight lion who somehow gets transported to a cyberpunk future ruled by a female cobra witch (?) and fascist robot ants, and buddies up with a detective agency. Remember it being quite tightly plotted and dramatic.
I remember seeing ads for the show, but was off-put by the omnipresent underwear and gag humour. I liked the Inuit kid, tho, from my hazy recollections of the odd clip I saw here and there...Vaporwave said:I think this would count as obscure too

fun fax: its creator is a fairly prolific voice actor for the Ocean Group and also wrote some episodes of the DKC cartoon...
