Do You know any obscure shows?

Due to me not knowing the name of this show, I think it's rather obscure.

Basically in this show, there's a dog police, a cat police on a wheelchair and a rat police that's gigantic compared to them. Also the villain involves a fox police. There's also a walrus mayor too. This show has some surreal scenarios from what I remember, which includes things like a hippopotamus with fly wings and one thing that makes people invisible (still can see their eyes).

Does anybody know what show I'm talking about?

Googling "god cat rat police mayor walrus" came up with Patrol 03. (Weirdly, without the typo, searching "dog cat rat police mayor walrus" just yields stuff about bylaws and animal abuse.)
 
One more show I thought of is Detective Bogey. It's essentially a show with insects and the main character is a detective (don't remember what insect he is). I do know that one team of villains are mosquitoes, unsurprisingly.

Also, surprised to see that Argai: the Prophecy was mentioned earlier than me, so I didn't pay attention to earlier posts of this thread.

Thanks you for finding out the name! I couldn't find the name when I use the usual "dog cat rat police" myself, so to hear that this is what reveals the name is funny. Turns out that this show really is surreal as I remembered it.

The description of the villain said that she is a cat. Weird: I thought the villain is a fox the last I remember.

Pixel Pinkie

It's an Australian cartoon about a girl named Nina who's cellphone has a genie in it (Who, by the way, is the titular character). But when Nina grants her wishes, Pinkie interprets them the wrong way, and she tells Nina she'll have to wait for the wish to wear off.

Some call it a Fairly Oddparents ripoff, but I personally enjoy it.
 
Heard about this show through MysteriousMrEnter, who did an animated atrocity off of it.

I've only heard of Skunk Fu, but never heard the other one. The name "Hero 108" sounds like a Chinese show due to the popular Chinese novel "Water Margin" which featured 108 outlaws, and that turns out to be partially right (Taiwan is involved).

Speaking of Chinese animation, I remembered one of the Old Master Q cartoons, and that animated show involved the main characters needing to rescue their creator within fairy tales while solving some crisis instigated by the villains (which involved an evil bearded wizard and Old Master's rival) within each one. I remembered it mainly due to the "Forever Friends" song.

Probably a recent show that might have been flown under the radar might be Mickey and the Roadster Racers, which is from what I understand a followup to Mickey Mouse's Clubhouse. I guess its lack of educational element (considered infamous for long-time fans) made it less popular? Can't say for sure if it's obscure despite being recent.

There's Viva Piñata, a CGI television series created by Rare. It's about sentient animal piñatas who have misadventures and it's fun to watch.

It lasted from 2006 to 2008, and it even got it's own game (Which some of you might be more familiar with than the show) a couple months after the first episode was aired!

It's this show about these 3 kids who have this monster named Yoko, and they go on adventures in....their imagination, I think?

It's also on US Netflix.
 
does Sheep In The Big City count? it used to air on CN as a short with seemingly no designated airing times, it would just come inbetween shows randomly

Mid-2000s (wanna say 2005-2006-ish) Nick cartoon about a family of spies.

I have literally never seen anyone talk about it online, but I kind of loved it when it was on, although that might've been because they had a pretty fun Flash game based on it on the Nick website back in the day.

Altho the kind of funny thing is: for YEARS I thought The X's had like two seasons, but no it was only one 20 episode season.

Something I didn't watch back when it aired but that is something of a white whale for me due to my interest in 80s/90s toy franchises is Vor-Tech: Undercover Conversion Squad. Vor-Tech was a 13-episode cartoon created to promote a toyline by Hasbro-Kenner, and aired as part of the same syndication package as the first season of Transformers Beast Wars and GI Joe Extreme. The show told the conflict between the "Techs", vigilantes in powered armors who used transforming vehicles and the Bio-Mechs, humans who had been corrupted by a virus and tried to assimilate humanity in a cyborg hive-mind called the Matrix. It was notable for being a spiritual successor to MASK (this thing), enjoying a very similar premise and most of the released toys being retooled MASK molds.

It's also notable for being basically lost media, with all the clips available on the internet for most of the past decade being a super-low quality rip of the intro and two short clips from a mind control fetish channel (yeeeeep). But in the past two years, someone finally uploaded a proper rip of the intro as well as a full episode!


... which is not very good at all but is entertaining-enough nonsense I can't wait for the other 12 episodes to be released from their hell prison.
