Should Kamek get a re-design?

I think I made a sorta good redesign if anybody wants to see.

Kamek no longer has a magic wand, and he uses his HANDS instead. He can fly as well. He's the highest Magikoopa rank, so that's why he has a different robe and hat. It's also why he doesn't use his wand and broom anymore.
 
no offense, but the redesign isn't something i'd call "sorta good"
 
for starters, red and black colored characters leave a bad taste in my mouth and no, it has nothing to do with the virtual boy
 
You can't get rid of Kamek's wand. It's part of who he is! It would be like changing how he grows things from magic dust to a giant hammer!

But they'd never do that.

the gradient would of been more noticeable if i knew how
 
I google searched "sexy Kamek Koopa" to see if there were already some cool redesigns, and Google asked me if I meant "sexy Kammy Koopa" and I was like ">_> why you hatin' on Kamek, Google?" then I searched "fashionable Kamek Koopa" and again is asked if I meant "fashionable Kammy Koopa" and I was like ">:0 aw hell no, it's ON now".

Then I used markers to make my own recoloured Kamek:

I honestly can't tell the difference.
 
i tried to make a gradient

hence the text at the bottom

It's because of the word Koopa. Nobody says "Kamek Koopa".

I love his wand in your redesign!
 
Thanks! It's the only part I'm fully happy with, actually. I can't shake the idea that the ideal robe for Kamek wouldn't be any one design, but a rotating one, like how Mimi's different in every shot. It'd be like going from one extreme to the other, lol.
 
His blue robes make him gag apparently.

Must be a requirement of the dress code
