I for one am glad they are (big shocker I know)

You can't have two Bowsers and not have them be the main antagonists, thats just too big an opportunity to waste.

Hammering a Fly Guy? That sounds painful. To watch.

The Nintendo folks tried to hammer a parakoopa, 3 times.
They may had been setting some sort of example for newbies to the series, but three times is too much.

They probably assume their viewers are stupid and so they have to reinforce that swinging hammers like an idiot to a Paratroopa results in swinging hammers like an idiot.

no i think they just didn't understand how to play the game
at some point they were like "i did that perfectly that wasn't my fault that it missed"

They may have wanted to have the attacks miss so since it looked like most of the enemies in that demo part where flying, and wanted to show the viewers how the hammer attacks work in the game. Or maybe so that they could not damage the enemies, thereby not killing it, and probably wanted to show some of the enemies' attacks and how to dodge.

They can easily use some random ass item or skip their turn or at least demonstrate more attacks by engaging in more battles.

Oh well, it's still painful to watch.

I hope the Bowsers get enough screen time. We need to see more of their hamminess

nope we get the one scene in the beginning and then we don't see them again until the last 5 minutes of the game

What a terrible thought.

What was Paper Peach looking at before she sees Peach?
Was she looking at the player or it's a result of her being made of paper(makes it confusing that Paper Mario's angles change depending on the view) I am talking about a video of it's gameplay.

I think the fact that these Papercraft battles don't use the gyro (no doubt due to the glitches from DT) that these could be a lot more enjoyable.

thank god gyro has been removed from pivotal boss fights

I'm looking forward to the game. And yes, the hammering scene was dimwitted, if it didn't work the first time, what makes you think it'll work again?

Yes. It was very irritating to lose just because I twitched my body at the wrong time.

Yeah, I'd be a bit annoyed if I lost because an 8.0 earthquake struck at a crucial moment in that game.

Well chances are if an 8.0 earthquake strikes you aren't going to win with or without gyro being the controls.

pffffft don't remind me of that future quake in california

My game's more important than my survival for some silly SoCal quake.

it's not, I was going for a drastic understatement here

Interesting how the environment here is made of both real objects and cardboard.

Looks great but I must know....Where in the world is Paper Luigi?

lol are you ftg?

I think that he will show up in some way or form but he's probably not gonna be playable since 3 characters are already confusing enough.
I'd like to see the triumphant return of Mr. L, though.

Paper Luigi is out there lost and confused I bet
