I am looking for a super mario song that is somehow like the one at the link below…
I heard it on the net while my little boy was searching for super mario on youtube (galaxy I think).

As for the question, I don't think I've ever heard that song, especially in Galaxy or Galaxy 2. But I'll try to find the source.

Well, the one I am looking for has a nice orchestration………starts with a piano if I remember correct and then a symphonic orchestra kicks in.
 
that melody doesn't ring a bell at all in a mario context

Not 100%…maybe I am wrong………but for sure the video had this picture and it had many songs together.

Then it was likely from a Super Mario Galaxy OST video, which is basically the game's soundtrack.
