Question (Ocarina of Time 3D)

BFB on the wiki, upset that I can't add an image.
I'm playing Ocarina of Time 3D, and I'm in the bottom of the well. I've gotten all chests and skulltulas, yet when I click on the map widget, I see an empty square above the ones with the map and compass. I'm not sure what is supposed to be there, or what I need to do.
 
Ah, that's where the boss key goes. I just happened to be in one of the two dungeons with no boss key. Figures.
