I usually take my time with games and get every single thing before beating it; and I never use cheats the first time around. But I have beaten quite a few games in record times.
Crash Bandicoot 2: N-Tranced - 110% in 43 min. (Additionally, I got almost all of the time trials clocked in at under 25 seconds.)
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (GBC) - Level 32 in 3 hrs, 22 min. (I reached level 99 in 20 hrs, 18 min.)
Resident Evil 4 - 5 hrs, 45 min. That's an enormous game too.
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door - 4 hrs, 31 min. I could do it faster if I wasn't keen on keeping my inventory with exactly 8 items when I venture out of town.
Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex - 1 hr, 10 min. The time trials were a major pain in the ass in this game though.
