Story Chain

A wall of his house collapsed, and a herd of vicious chomps descended upon him.
 
The guy had nothing to do but give the Chomps his Nintendo Switch. The Chomps were satisfied, but they had seen another guy, this time he had a New Nintendo 3DS. Obviously, the Chomps chased him.
 
At this point, the chomp menace was beginning to spread around the town. An elderly woman with a SNES Classic was almost eaten alive by those cruel jaws. There was blood on the streets, and people were desperately trying to escape, but at every turn there were hideous toothy beasts pursuing them. It looked like all hope was lost.
 
But, wait. This is not the end already! Mario and Luigi arrived! Yes, it sounds crazy because Mario and Luigi only exist in their games, but, when in your life had you heard of Chain Chomps terrorizing the world? Well, back to the story!

As stated above, Mario and Luigi arrived, and the two were ready to put an end to the Chomp Gang. The police was somewhere in the world doing nothing, as they always do in the stories. So, the heroes had a chest full of items, specially Stars. The duo started to defeat the Chomps with their superhuman power, but the Mega Chomp, leader of the Chomp Gang, arrived.
 
Luigi, of course, was scared. He ran away, to search for two Mega Mushrooms in the chest. He found them, and ate one, he gave the other to Mario. Then the battle started.
 
Suddenly, a portal to hell opened up and a bunch of imps came out.
 
Now having to fight a battle on two fronts, against both imps and chomps, the brothers' situation was beginning to appear dire.

You could say that winning looked imp-ossible.
