In SMO, the Broodals appear, pretty funny for rabbits to be villains in a game about hats considering they're constantly being pulled out of one

In Wario Land 3, Vampire Wario has his own tutorial segment, and to my knowledge is the only reaction to have it. At least from a bit of checking Fat Wario, Zombie Wario, and Puffy Wario didn't (I'm sure most others do not have them either). It's even viewable from the title screen after you wait for a bit.

Paper Mario 64 - the Slot Machine in Shy Guy's Toy Box can be used in-battle while fighting the Shy Guys that come out of it. You play it by selecting and attacking it as if it were an enemy, sort of similar to the Goomnut tree in the prologue.

You can mess up the whole Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time plot just by using the "Walk Through NPCs" and "Walk Through Walls" Action Replay codes.

I defeated the Elder Shrooboid while on level 15 doing that.

Is there any chance that you still have those Action Replay codes? Can't seem to find them anywhere on the internet.

Super Mario Galaxy has ruined Mario right shoulders but given the camera's behavior in the game, being all zoomed and over Mario's head, and everything being displayed in monitors at the peak of component analog displays, you'll be hard pressed to spot it. Still, it's enough for those over at Models Resource to freak out a bit.
