Nintendo is sitting on cash and can fund Super Mario Odyssey, as well as the consistently good Kirby series. I'm sure they can spend more time and effort polishing New Super Mario Bros. titles.

If they didn't use the same level assets from game to game and created a new and unique visual style for each game they would be much better.
