The release date, according to the Mario Wiki, Amazon and many other sources was June 15th in North America.

I bought this book on Amazon, but the item is not shipped yet (June 19th).
I went to the store and they did not received it either.
Anyone knows what is happening with this Book? Somebody received it?
 
Amazon has stated that their supplier has informed them that the item is no longer available. They canceled any pre-orders made for it as well. You may want to get a refund, as it doesn't appear the book will be released any time soon.
 
There was a brief admin discussion about it too: we're not yet sure whether it's a problem with Amazon or Nintendo.
 
I'll wait a few days before cancelling (since the price is now higher than it was when I pre-ordered)
