What are your top three most-played Switch games? You can access the Activity Log by going to your user profile and scrolling down to "play activity".

For me, my most-played Switch games are Kirby Star Allies (150 hours), Super Mario Odyssey (125 hours), and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate (95 hours).

Kirby Star Allies and Human Fall Flat: 5 hr.
DK: Tropical Freeze, YouTube, Tetris 99, and Skyrim: 2 hr.
Sonic Mania: 1 hr.
Mega Man 11 and MK8DX (I play it on my bros. profile): a little while.
 
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - 250 hours (some of this time was not me because of my siblings making stages as my account is the main multiplayer account, but most of this time I was playing)

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the one I have spent the most time on so far. Mario Tennis Aces comes to close second.
 
My collection exceeds the number of slots on my play activity, but I can confirm that Odyssey and BotW are my most played games on the Switch. If apps also count then I also somehow sunk 250+ hours on the YouTube app.
