What would be a good way to differentiate Kamek from the other Magikoopas, design-wise?

Personally, I'm not a fan of the orange color for generic Magikoopas, I think maybe a dark blue for generic Magikoopas would work, while Kamek has a lighter blue.

I like that idea—"light blue" and "dark blue" are practically separate colors that we happen to lump together (compare "pink" and "red", "orange" and "brown"), so at least as an English speaker they would feel different yet the same. I would flip it so Magikoopas are light blue and Kamek is dark blue, as I think he would look more serious and aethereal that way, fitting his higher status.

My hot take is to kill off the Kamek character and replace him with Kammy.
