Smash: Brawl FD.
Mario: Super Mario Bros Theme (Brawl Version).
Zelda: That one arrangement of Saria's Song, or whatever it's called in-game. Kass's theme is also valid.
Kirby: Great cave offensive arrangement? Idk I'm not too familiar with Kirby themes in Smash.
Fire Emblem: Attack! Favorite one honestly, impressive considering that the vanilla themes that are put into this medley aren't even my favorite tracks in the og game, let alone series. Just love how they completely made it sound way cooler.
Metroid: Metroid Title theme.
Pokemon: Red/Blue Medley (Melee).
CastleVania: Ruined Castle Gallery (It's also, in turn, a remix of Aria of Sorrow's Main Hall theme). Sad that there's no Harmony of Dissonance music here tho.
F-Zero: The Smash Ultimate Medley.
Star Fox: Whatever that theme in Wolf's showcase video was called, I like how it sounds.
EarthBound: FourSide (New arrangement)
Wii: The Wii Sports Resort theme.
Kid Icarus: Wrath of Reset Bomb. (Or I think that's what it's called, someone correct me on this please?)

Idk about the other series. They either have a lot of themes that I like equally so I can't discern anything distinct, or there isn't any theme I find all that remarkable.
