Now, logos with goofy mascots? Those are my absolute fave, the Traveler's Tales logo is my all time favorite and the fact it's gone now even in their releases of their old stuff makes me so upset
 
I like the clever-designed logos such as Baskin Robbins and its 31 flavors

Out of a combination of admitted nostalgia but also being the best of its time, I really love the SNES Capcom logo. The animation, the sound, it makes my face go in awe.

I also deeply admire for the same 2 reasons as the capcom logo, the Snes Mario All-Stars logo opening sequence. My mouth waters just thinking about that coin effect.

As for modern times, I guess *Funimation. It's very elaborate, which I guess is a step above its modern competitors.
Also as my name suggests, I love splash/sploosh effects.
