Poor Joe

Poor Joe started his day as normal. But he was walking home when disaster fell! The otherworldly forces above picked him to be part of an experiment. Simply respond to the previous person's post with a sentence or two about what happened to Joe. Basically, interfere with the previous person's description! Confused? Here's an example:

Person A: Joe buys a cup of coffee.
Person B: It was too hot and he burned his hand.
Person C: He drops the cup on his foot.
Person A: It rolls onto the street and makes a passerby trip over.
Person C: They survive but stumble onto the road and get hit by a car.
Person D: The person in the car decides to just go with it and are now chased by the police for commiting a drive-by.

Get it now? Here's my starter:

Joe goes on a business trip to Russia.

Then he chases the thief and catches him.

Then it turned out the thief was actually a ghost and disappeared with Joe's food.

The ghost took over Joe's body and forced him to commit arson.

Some scientists who hate yetis went chasing after him, and he fell down a cliff.

He met some more yetis and is now one of them

The yetis exile him and Joe is sad

Joe then finds a colony of snow trolls and they accept him as one of their own.
