Peachette is the very first Magical Girl in the Marioverse?

I really love this character... I wonder if she will be featured in future games, I normally play as her in Mario Kart Tour. I could be wrong but I believe she is the very first magical girl in the "Marioverse" so to speak. I hope I get to see more of her in future titles. I was so hoping she would be a DLC character in Super Smash Bros, ugh... disheartening. Lol
