I want Zoroark to make the Top 10 for Unova. It has a cool design, good Attack, Special Attack and Speed, the ability to trick hundreds of people into seeing illusions, and the ability to learn good moves through TM like Dig, Shadow Claw, and Low Sweep.

EDIT: Too bad Scolipede didn't make the Unova Top 10, I was hoping that it would.
This was actually tough to decide what won't make the Top 10, but I still like Honchkrow as a Dark/Flying type more than Mandibuzz, so Mandibuzz is the last Unova Pokémon that won't make its Top 10.

While that's also the three-month anniversary of this thread, the reason that's the date is that I have an upcoming test and a lot of homework up through September 15.

Sorry, Dedenne. Your move pool is very similar to Pachirisu's, mostly electric and normal. What's worse though, is the fact you only learn one Fairy move, and it doesn't take advantage of your high Special Attack.

Carbink has super high Defense and Special Defense as its only redeeming qualities whatsoever with a boring design, terrible stats for any aspect that isn't one of the two Defenses, and it's 4x weak to Steel with Steel already being more positive defensively than offensively.
