The Shadow Prince
It's the game that gives "putting the bad news first" a new meaning. Winning this is not a good thing, unlike with Hurt and Heal. Mend the character you like the most or dislike the least up to 0 HP, and ruin the character you dislike the most further from it. Up to 16 HP change total on up to two characters is allowed. (Mending by 9 HP, ruining by 7 HP is allowed, so is mending both by 8 HP). Minimum HP is -55

@Poochy You dealt 22 HP change, not 16 HP change like the maximum is right now. Also, if Leafy ends up being the last one left/worst-ranked him being the only one not good enough to make 0 HP still means he "wins" the game, not loses, just that that's about an irredeemable thing to have happen to you.

I don't think I've ever seen any of Leafy's videos before, but I've heard bad things about him. Although one other character I would be happy with placing the worst is Manny, as he is a constant spoiled brat and inconvenience for everyone else in the Heffley family without ever getting any consequences. "I'M ONLY THWEE!" Yes Manny, that's why you deserve to be disciplined now so you'll know better than to be a dislikeable brat later on.

Jason is a really good and stable friend to Piper and Leo and keeps Nico's secret for him. He certainly at least does not deserve to be on the same list as characters like Manny and Leafy. EDIT: But he still is not anywhere near the best Percy Jackson character.

King Harkinian's memes are timeless, but there are also unironically good things about him. He is very selfless, not minding putting himself in danger to help stop Ganon in Wand of Gamelon even though as the king he could have only sent soldiers to do all his dirty work for him, and he doesn't put up with Duke Onkled betraying him, making him scrub all the floors in Hyrule as punishment. Him saying "This peace is what all true warriors strive for" is an unironically good quote as well, not just ironically, as avoiding endless war is always the most important priority.

I agree with Dracula being one of the best characters in this thread you still have to do badly to get in, but by the rules eliminating FnF Ditto means you could only take Dracula up to -18 HP.
