The Fourth Mario Brother.

So recently I was playing Mario Bros and there was a four player mode. I thought that the other characters were going to be other iconic Mario characters. But nope there was a yellow and blue Mario Bros. Now I'm assuming the yellow one is wario. However I don't know about the blue one. On the wiki it says they are clones however this doesn't make sense.

I mean I don't think they're specifically meant to actually be any characters. That's why both the good Mario wiki (the one this forum is connected to) and the Fandom one just call them clones.

They're just recolors of Mario for the 3rd and 4th player like how Luigi was back in the day.

That is fair. I'm talking from a story perspective. Sure gameplay wise they are clones but story wise.
