well ive played kirby triple deluxe recently, gotten to the 3rd world, very good game so far.

also played etrian oddsessy iv, also a very impressive game, but its really hard.

also bought megaman xtreme 2 and its very hard too, especially with zero.

and lastly i bought pokemon platinum since i never got a chance to beat any of the 4th generation games, and of course it seems better then most generations.
