What game did you last play?!?!?!?

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Nothing special, really. Just did two shrines or so, lost my 104 damage dealing Savage Lynel crusher to get a regular one, tried out a new battle technique (no flurry rush but more variety in attacks), and some exploration.

Just had it delivered today, played it for a little bit to make sure the cartridge works and everything checks out.
 
Splatoon 2

I am still in A+ for my Splat Zone game, as well as Rainmaker. Never played Tower Control ever since reaching S because I want to get the others up to that rank first. Currently at the "OK" line for Splat Zone, while Rainmaker is experiencing a few cracks. Sometimes I wonder how those "cracks" work because I feel that the higher ranks are less forgiving about losses.

I am in the Werewolves side only because of Marina who has fewer Splatfest victories so far. (and I imagine Vampires will be the more popular side). Next Salmon Run is going to be Blasters, which I don't mind since I like them, but I am concerned about the synergy. Still, Blasters are great against some bosses, like the Stingers and the Scrappers.

Being the hardcore gamer I am, I'd love to play Cuphead. Too bad I don't have an XBOX One, and my PC Potato's CPU isn't fast enough (Mine runs at 2.40GHz, the game requires at least 3GHz)

The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki III

I forgot how hard enemies hit, I need to heal frequently to keep up, though I've got Crest on Juna so I've been buffing my defense up to avoid spamming heals, apparently they upped the cap for stat boosts to 75% so now you can have absurd stats with the right set up. On the flipside, I'm sure there's going to be a bitch of a boss that makes full use of that new cap.

The students have been ditched, the crew is back. Can't go wrong with Laura or Fie.
 
Splatoon 2

Cleared all the levels in the first three sectors of Octo Canyon with all the weapons, currently working on the fourth and fifth. Will be doing Splatfest stuff in a little bit.

got Fire Blast, time to play the game again. Typhlosion is on the horizon. I have so much more money now that I have the moon stone. no more balls shortage.

The Legend of Heroes: Sen no Kiseki III

Exalted mode is some bullshit, I got wiped three times by this bug mini-boss because after it recovered from break it would instantly go exalted, then use its charge move (that doesn't require charging because of exalted mode) to cause instant death on 2-3 of my characters, and then the speed boost of exalted allowed it it to take its next turn before anyone else and kill whoever was leftover.

I ended up having to break it, smash it with S-crafts, allow it to kill three of my characters and then use Elliot's S-Break to revive my party to full and then wait until exalted wore off and pick away at it with basic attacks until I regained enough CP to continue wailing on it. It's only chapter 1, why does this thing have AoE ohko attacks.

I can catch pokemon again now, I got the Snubbull call I was waiting for and I caught the Horsea and Seel from the islands so I can get rid of whirlpool once I reach Blackthorn. Quagsire will only have three moves for a while though, it's fine since he doesn't really have anything useful for that fourth slot anyway. I'll get rid of Strength on Nidoqueen once I reach the E4 and give her Earthquake. One level away from Typhlosion.

Hyperdimension Neptunia ReBirth 1

I feel like this is the one that always gets talked about over Atelier when it comes to low budget jrpg's, so I wanted to at least give it a try and this was the one I was pointed to (also I found out there's a falcom character, that was the main thing). Animations are stiff, the ui/gameplay is unrefined and kind of frustrating, so it's about what I expected. Maybe it gets better. or not. Finally, the Vita came in handy. Text is fucking tiny though, it's hard to read.
 
Super Mario Galaxy

Felt like revisiting it since it'll be a long while before I get my mitts on Odyssey, something about this game resonates with me on a deep level. When I began playing I was somewhat upset and riled up after a unrelated incident that occurred earlier today, but after I defeated Megaleg I felt calm again.

Splatoon 2

Finally reached S-rank on Splat Zones! That means I only have Rainmaker left to rank up, therefore I avoided the "dreaded" letter combination. Also, for Salmon Run, the combination of Splattershot Jr., Tri-Slosher, Blaster and .96 Gal is surprisingly effective, because I've gotten more than 100 points in Profreshional.

Caught Ho-oh and everything else in Johto that I can for now. Working my way to the E4 is going to be a bigger pain than I thought since Quagsire can't actually learn Waterfall, so my party is currently 4 + Gyarados (Waterfall) + Ho-oh (Fly). I'll have to do some swapping as I go, I never really had any issues with HM's until this moment.
 
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle

Finished up Ancient Gardens (100%) and started Sherbet Desert. My perfection streak finally ended because I overestimated the turn limit. I guess I'll have to start using that washing machine.
