It could be, but i'm not sure it's not as technical as that, we've got like a bunch of switches in the back room, and when one of our lights overloads, it shuts it down to prevent any damage to the circuits.

I know that my city's had power outages before, yet it doesn't affect anyone. It's a recent installment, even I don't claim to know how it works. :P

well it involves large tubs of colored dye, and result was my skin is stained light blue.

I've left DSHack.org, just like Nintendo has ordered me to do so.
Not leaving will give us no Approval, so it's either DSHack.org, or CW-Games.
I choose for the latter one.
