Google maps uses an approximate walking time, which normally amounts to people having a slow stroll through a museum taking in every little bit of art. I was planning on walking to my friend's house one time, he lives on the other side of plymouth, and I first consulted with google maps. It basically said that it would take me 2 hours to get to his house, when in reality it took me 30 minutes.

tl;dr Google maps is terrible at telling you how long it will take to get from A to B, assuming that's what you used.

I beat a game of civ 5.

I should really up the difficulty because i just kicked their asses with my 200+ culture per turn, 5000 gold, 50 happiness and my 10+ wonders.

I always forget that I'm actually better at the game than I think I am, so I keep the difficulty low every time I play. >.>


I'm so interesting, this is the most important thing i've done all day.

got my new dose of geodon, needed it pretty badly after going several days without taking it.

never knew how much it could screw me up after not taking it for days.

Went to my school's Open House today and met all my teachers. They all seem pretty nice, which is good. I actually have had two of them previously: my Comm Tech teacher I had last year, and my World History teacher I had for the last month of 6th grade (he apparently got bumped up to high school).
