took a day trip to Walhalla with my family today, and we went on one of those mine tours. It was cool. Got five hours of driving up during that time, so I'm a big step closer to my license.

At high school band camp, it was revealed that I've been playing trombone for about 5 months and I was playing better than the other 9th grade trombone players who'd been playing for years.

Level of respect just skyrocketed

Went to the A's-slegnA game. Thrilling game that took 3:40. Monumental win before heading off on a tough road trip.

It was more confusing than it was scary. No one knew what was going on until the sub-director stormed into the classroom telling us all to get down.
