I was very annoyed today, in English class the teacher asked us to write a paragraph about an object of sentimental value. I don't grant any object any sentimental value. Either they are useful, or I throw away.

Okay, so go to the area in the second pic and click Edit Settings for the forum you want to change.

At the bottom you should see something like this:

Those are your Permission Sets. You use these to make certain things appear for certain users. If you want a certain Permission group to view that forum, tick that box. Same if you want them to be able to read the thread, reply to them, etc.

You can change the different permission masks by clicking this:

You'll get a page like this. You can create a new Permission Set, and assign it to your regular forum groups (your groups will be different because those are the custom ones I had for my old forum):

The reason why the Groups and Permissions are separate are because you might want to, for instance, give certain members a different colour to one another, but have them still be able to view the same forums. To do this, you would create two groups for the two colours, one permission set, then give that permissions set to both groups. You might also want to give a group more than one set of permissions, which you can also do.

It is a very powerful feature, but it is a little confusing at first. Hope that helps!

So had my interview at Walmart today. The person who I talked to about rescheduling forgot to mention to anyone that I had reshceduled. So it took thirty minutes to find people to interview me. After that, there were questions, to which I fabricated stories to some of them, which were actually better than the answer that were truthful. They said they will call me this week or the week after Christmas for a follow-up interview, so I'm crossing my fingers. Hopefully I gave them enough of my DragonFreak charm. Wait, do DragonFreaks even have any charm?

hey, pragmatism is a valid way to look at the world

that said, it's a little ridiculous to not attach sentiment to anything. my sentimental object is a lucky eisenhower dollar that i carry in my wallet

Had a meeting with some staff at my group home to plan for when I leave for college in January.

Also found out my flash drive cannot be repaired, so I just lost everything I had on it (and I had recently transferred a ton of files to it from my computer including all my pictures) so now I'm pissed

Yesterday I organized my new room. My bed was made and everything.

Then after just SLEEPING in my bed, everything except the blankets were on the floor.
