Had probably the worst morning ever, somehow managed to get to my exam before the doors were locked, then failed the exam.

At least I get a resit.

Today was the Dday commemoration, and I was expected to roast in the sun for 1h30, in my black clothes. I almost fainted.

Stop trying to act cute. Acting ignorant about the deaths of the men of several nationalities who fought to ensure the freedom of several continents isn't cute.

I feel like I accomplished nothing today... which I'm both proud and regretful of. Though I DO plan to catch up with Wander Over Yonder in a few minutes, so there's that.

Also, yeah, apparently June 6 was D-Day, didn't realize that. I knew because a Marvel page on Facebook I was following posted something about that (since, you know Captain America and whatnot). Total respect for the soldiers who died AND survived that day (I HAVE seen Saving Private Ryan, and... geez...).

Ok, so I drove today for about 90 minutes. I was like scared out of my mind. At first it was just in town, but then the instructor wanted me to drive on the highway, and I almost flipped out. The only thing that kept me from full scale panicking was pretending I was Birdo on the Mach Bike on Koopa Cove.

We're not allowed to drive on the motorway until we actually pass the driving test.

People would never let me drive, ever. They would hit me and put me in the boot where I can cause no accidents.

How do you learn to drive in traffic then?

I did my English and Business exams. I went in without studying over the weekend but I didn't really need to in this case, since it was all pretty simple stuff. I'm also pretty sure these don't even matter since they're mid years and are more to see where we're at.

You can take sort of lessons after you pass the test for the motorway.
