Well, I'm here talking openly about Nintendo's polices. Well, I think they are (mostly, if not all of the time) horrible, I have as an example the closing of the Nintendo Network servers for Wii U and 3DS, that is, if you bought Mario Maker for example and there is no way to homebrew your console, you are left with an empty game, since one of the main differences of the game is precisely downloading and sending courses for other players to play. As a content creator and victim of their policies, the DMCA sweep for Garry's Mod earlier this year that was instigated by them (or some third party AI system they've hired, who knows, they're still responsible to an extent) leaves me with absolutely no kind comments toward Nintendo Policies.
