Well, I'm here talking openly about Nintendo's polices. Well, I think they are (mostly, if not all of the time) horrible, I have as an example the closing of the Nintendo Network servers for Wii U and 3DS, that is, if you bought Mario Maker for example and there is no way to homebrew your console, you are left with an empty game, since one of the main differences of the game is precisely downloading and sending courses for other players to play. In addition to others such as taking down, prosecuting and arresting countless fans who made art, games, music, etc. So, what do you think about these Nintendo policies? Write down here.
 
As a content creator and victim of their policies, the DMCA sweep for Garry's Mod earlier this year that was instigated by them (or some third party AI system they've hired, who knows, they're still responsible to an extent) leaves me with absolutely no kind comments toward Nintendo Policies.

didn't the garry's mod takedown turn out to be some weird nerd who has a history of abusing fake DMCA takedowns or some shit

idk the whole thing was a whole ass mess that idk if it ever got resolved or not cuz i remember a whole ass multi-page discussion thread over on resetera where people were constantly posting evidence showing that it was nintendo and then other evidence indicating that it wasn't them (or anyone hired by them) and the last i checked the thread just fuckin like died without it being 100% resolved if it was legit or some troll

People suggested that but the evidence is circumstantial at best. That reseterea thread perfectly illustrates the scenario. It's really chaotic, still unresolved, and lack of communication from parties involved (valve, facepunch, garry newman, and Nintendo) makes me intensely dislike and distrust them.
