Yoshiopolis, he's on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion (which is old).
Rating the lack of a Battery Icon, and the resolution being pretty high, I assume it's a Desktop.

Why do you have shitloads of character images on your desktop? Can't you just keep them in My Pictures? It would be more organized that way.
