Super Smash Bros. is on the VC in Japan and Europe. It's not on the US VC though. :(

I wonder if we can get Nintendo to add CD-i games to the VC list. It'll be fun to watch Morshu on your TV. Also, there should be a DSi Virtural Console (or would it be "Virtural Handheld) full of Game Boy games.

That gave me a great idea.

You know how both the DSi and the Wii use sdCards, right? Well, what if they released Pokemon RBYGSC onto a DSi Virtual Console and Pokemon Stadium and Stadium 2 onto the Wii and you put the games on an sdCard on the DSi and then put the sdCard into the Wii and you can use it like the Transfer Pak from the 64.
 
They would never do something like that. They can't even get the DS' WiFi to play GBA games. :(

The WiFi the DS uses cannot play GBA games online.
 
I haven't read the list, but I bet a lot of people have said these:

Banjo Kazooie/Tooie (If they make a deal or something with microsoft)
Earthbound (I know I sound like a fanboy, and I know it probrably wont come out)
Mother 1/3 (They already made 1, and I wonder if they can use the mother 3 fan translation??)
Megaman (I don't care which)
Maybe Mario party 1-3 (Do they already have 1?)

Do they have link to the past?? If so, thats all I can think of right now.

Yes.

I'd support a DSi virtual console with Gameboy, Neo Geo pocket and Atari Lynx support. The Game Gear can go in hell for what I care, though.

My point is that a game doesn't need to be MADE compatible, they can easily emulate the original conditions.

It was the first in the series, and I'm inclined to cut it some slack, especially when it comes to the among of grinding needed to get through the game. The story is still as interesting as the other games, with funny NPC dialogue and strange enemies (the Hippie, Gang Zombie, and Fugitive remain some of my favorites).
 
The grinding isn't really that big of an issue, what with the easy mode patch, but the constant every-three-steps encounter rate makes it almost unplayable.
