Most people have some sort of external activity that they do, whether it's by choice or because they're forced to. These things can range from a sport to a musical instrument to something completely different. This is why we don't spend every waking minute of our lives saying "ololol" and "xD" and randomly PMing "what's up?" since we actually have something to do.
