We don't have access to editing that though. Plus I've just recently been banning most bots on sight. We can't really do more than that.

AFAIK the settings can be edited in the admin panel, which only Steve has access to

It's not that Steve is the only one who has access to the Admin's Panel, but he has access to all of it. The Forum Admins and Stooben (In charge of the Forum) have access to it, but on a lesser scale.Tucayo said:
