I think I heard that in Arkansas it's illegal to pronounce the name of the state wrong.
 
South Carolina, U.S.) Musical instruments can not be sold on Sunday
 
Arkansas - A man can legally beat his wife, but not more than once a month.

I found one from the city where I live that I have both broken and followed in the past:

Burlingame, CA: It is illegal to spit, except on baseball diamonds.
 
Japan - There is no age of consent (I think that's false, tbh)

Vermont - It is illegal to deny the existence of God.

If I recall correctly, the national Japanese age of consent is 14, but most districts enforce their own lower age of consent. Also if that was true, it would be a good lack-of-law, not a dumb law.
 
Just checked it's actually 13.

However prefectures can have ordinances that say you can't have sex with someone under 18.

Mole, Missouri - Frightening a baby is in violation of the law.
 
At one point in time, Greece had accidentally passed a law banning all handheld video games. How you accidentally pass a law is beyond me. :-\
